The International School of Moscow is seeking a professional to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. We offer a unique opportunity to contribute to our esteemed international programmes. About the role:

  • Support school staff in ensuring compliance with NAE policies.

  • Organise insurance based on Group and local requirements, manage insurance claims (except medical insurance).

  • Assist in contract revision with suppliers, organise the signing process and obtain the necessary supporting documentation.

  • Support the Finance Department in working with overseas service suppliers (closing documents, reconciliations, and providing explanations when necessary).

  • Control the legal aspects of all the extra-curricular activities and assist in negotiations with service providers.

  • Manage full cycle of trip planning for staff and students, from profitability calculations to paperwork collection from parents.

  • Assist in new vendors' due diligence.

  • Other appropriade administrative tasks.

Reporting to: Deputy Business Manager (Rosinka)

Key expectations:

  • Hold a higher education, preferably in management or law.

  • Fluent in both English and Russian.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle a large volume of information.

  • Proficient in IT tools and applications.

  • Possesses analytical skills for data evaluation and decision-making.

  • Positive and proactive attitude, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

  • Quick learner with a keen interest in contractual work.

  • Previous administrative experience in an international company (3+ years) is an advantage.

Office – Rosinka campus and Krylatskoe campus (office next to the Finance) during peak periods.

Conditions:

  • Employment in accordance with the Russian labour code.

  • Annual bonus based on established criteria.

  • Shuttle bus service to and from Krylatskoe/Pyatnitskoe Shosse metro station and the school.

  • Medical insurance provided upon completion of 12 months of employment.

  • Working hours from 8am to 5pm.
