• The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree preferably in finance . But candidates who have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain , business administration , is also acceptable.
• The job involves purchase and procurement, therefore candidates with good and honest ethical practice is absolutely critical.
• Bilingual – Both in written and spoken English and Russian with good communication and negotiation skills .
• Proven experience in finance, procurement, supply chain is essential for the job.
• Strong numeric, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills is essential.
• Attention to details, multitasking and time management is good attributes
• Administration job in HR would include employee relations matter , keeping track of leave and vacation, organize training program, ensure compliance with labor laws, manage HR database
• Proficiency is Microsoft office ( word, excel , power point)
• Abilitity to work independently.
