What to Expect:
Development and implementation of sales strategies for luxury real estate.
Management of a team of professionals: hiring, mentoring, training, and motivating.
Market analysis, identification of new opportunities and trends in the luxury real estate sector.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and investors.
Achieving sales targets.
Optimizing business processes to achieve maximum efficiency.
Conditions:
Competitive salary, discussed during the interview, ranging from 250,000 to 350,000 rubles + bonuses; high earnings, discussed individually during the meeting.
Bonuses and incentives for meeting targets and achieving KPIs.
Offline work in the company’s office in Bali (Ubud).
Requirements:
Experience in sales and management in real estate, preferably with a focus on the luxury segment.
Successful experience negotiating at a high level.
Excellent analytical abilities and strategic thinking.
High level of English proficiency required, experience in an international team. Knowledge of Russian will be an advantage.
