Regional Instore Specialist

Duties:

1. Handle Regional brand zone project and complete the corresponding indicators according to the timelie: BTL admission time, promotor admission time, store stock management, etc.;

2. Cooperate with KAM to handle partnership with Regional partner, and establish relationship with KA from Retail level; assist KA promotor team to keep good relationship with Regional stores, and help promotor to obtain more resources to achieve better sales result;

3. Responsible for co-branding, promotion and other event with Regional partners, and negotiate with them for better condition;

4.Weekly report of SO, do analysis of SO result and make adjustment according to the situation;

5. Build a competitive retail system that suitable for TECNO development, and actively promote various retail construction projects.

Requirements:

• Strong retail experience 1-3 years;
• Organizational skills: coordination of retail operations across a retail chain;
• Communication skills.
