Partner development

responsible for creating strategy for dedicated regions’ development;

identifying and removing barriers that prevent partners from growing;

preparation of analytics, merchandise, and the use of other tools for the development of partners;

implementation of KPIs based on the development of the partner base entrusted to him;

organizing and conducting meetings with partners;

responsibility for the high level of service provided to the partners entrusted to him (analysis of service problems and search for solutions);

business trips to regions;
Team management
-
mentoring of department employees;
-
coordinate and maintain assigned regions;
-
build interaction, control and target setting processes;
-
timely resolving of issues and challenges;
-
performance management: goal setting, performance review, feedback, motivation, performance improvement plans, etc.;

reporting on key activities, metrics, projects;
-
participation in hiring, onboarding and education of the team;
-
people management: team meetings, 121, discipline, time management, KPIs, etc
-
process improvement: analyze current processes, improvements implementation, analyze of regional best practices;
-
corporate culture: promotion of company’s key values, cascading mission and key goals of the company to the team, understanding and respect to regional specific.
Development of the partner program of the region
-
interaction with marketing to improve the affiliate program;
-
competitor analysis for product improvement;
-
structuring and providing feedback on partners.
Process improvement
-
analysis and initiation of improvements in work processes that affect the satisfaction of partners from our service and products;

implementing process changes and providing feedback on them. Corporate culture:

What we expect:

fluency in English language;
-
at least 3 years of sales experience (active customer acquisition and retention);

experience in the B2B2C will be an advantage (especially in the field of FinTech, Banking, Financial Services);

understanding of regional specifics will be an advantage;

responsibility, proactivity in work, data-driven approach, analytical mindset;

developed communication skills, flexibility.
