Мы ищем опытного Java Back-End Lead Developer для присоединения к команде компании.
Удалённая занятость, В2В контракт.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the back-end development team in designing, building, and maintaining efficient, scalable Java-based systems, leveraging Spring Boot as the primary framework.
- Architect and implement robust, high-performance back-end solutions that integrate with our wealth tech platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, front-end, and UX) to define and deliver new features.
- Ensure back-end systems are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, helping to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Identify potential technical challenges and proactively design solutions.
- Keep up with the latest technologies and trends to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-time experience as a Java Developer, with strong expertise in Spring Boot and other Java frameworks (Hibernate).
- Proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical decisions. (1+ year)
- Expertise in RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Strong knowledge of Git and experience with CI/CD tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimization and performance.
