Product manager (Oncology)

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the product launch and train sales teams on key product features and benefits
• Develop marketing strategy for new product and brand plans that are aligned with overall company goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all departments are working towards the same objectives
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns that help increase product awareness and knowledge among target customers
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences and trends in the pharmaceuticals industry
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed
• Create and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in the industry
• Monitor competitive activity and gather intelligence to stay informed about industry trends and changes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all marketing activities.

Requirements to a candidate:

• Higher medical/pharmaceutical education.
• Successful experience in marketing at least 2 years (Product launch is an advantage, Oncology experience is a must)
• Fluent English – written and oral
• Ability to get respect and to succeed in work with Top Opinion Leaders
• Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills, project management
• Ability to plan and set the priorities, strategic and tactic goals
• Personally: well-organized, structured, creative, proactive, productive, quick learner, team player
• Ability to travel
