Our partner the large developer is looking for a Client Support Specialist to join their team.

Overview

The Client Support Specialist position is a key role within our company, focusing on
delivering outstanding support to our clients and ensuring a seamless experience. This role involves extensive coordination with various internal teams, including Product Development, Technical Support, and more. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a client support or customer service role. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Assistance: Provide prompt and effective support to clients via chats, email and other communication channels, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved swiftly and satisfactorily. We provide only written communication support.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with Product, Technical
    Support, and other departments to address client needs and ensure smooth
    information flow.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions,
    issues, and resolutions in the company's systems.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s products and services to
    provide accurate information and support to clients.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot client issues, provide guidance, and escalate cases when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Policy and Procedure Adherence: Follow company policies and procedures when handling client requests and escalate any discrepancies or concerns.
  • Client Education: Assist in educating clients on product features, updates, and best practices to enhance their user experience.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a client support, customer service, or related
    role within a corporate setting is preferred for at least 6 months.

Skills:

  • English language at least level B2.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and support software.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when dealing with client information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
