As our Product Manager, you will take part in the development of our main payment product and be responsible for:
- Creating and launching new features for our payment product and its sub-products to keep us competitive in the fintech market.
- Conducting feedback sessions to gather insights and refine the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on data and analytics.
- Working with different teams to identify and implement product improvements that meet market demands and customer needs.
What We Expect:
- Experience in B2B product and web-based products.
- Ability to analyze and model business processes with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of product development architecture and the ability to dive deep into complex technical details
- Ability to form clear, actionable, and testable requirements while working closely with IT, Account Managers, Business Development managers, and other related departments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain complex concepts to different stakeholders.
- Proficiency in handling large data sets with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of design concepts and user interface design principles with experience in Figma.
- Proficiency in data analytics, including SQL/JQL.
- Expertise in business process modeling, optimization, and automation with a background in business or system analysis.
