HR BP/HR business partner

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment planning with Business partners
• End-to-end recruitment cycle for some positions.
• Participation in c&b projects
• Necessary reporting activities
• Training & Development projects
• Performance Evaluation
• Events for employees
• Other interesting projects in HR

Requirements:

• Background in Retail\Logistic as HR manager/recruiter 3+ years inhouse
• Upper-intermediate English - must (business partners are not Russian)
• Ability to act independently
• Skills in managing a high volume of information
• Positive and optimistic approach, ability to handle uncertainty with fun :)
• Intention to take care of your Clients and support the team
