Responsibilities:

  • Follow up job opening in professional and administrative departments;
  • Manage the recruiting/hiring process, which includes:
  • Source candidates for respective industry/service areas/functions
  • Communicate needs to client service staff to generate referrals/leads
  • Develop vacancy announcements, send them as internal announcement, through the approved email groups, and place them in mass media (Internet, newspaper, magazine);
  • Pre-screen candidates for all levels up to the manager level.
  • Coordinate interviewing teams and schedules
  • In some cases to run interview with candidates for further presenting to Managers/Partners;
  • Provide feedback to candidates applied for open positions;
  • Organize and carry out events on attraction, search and selection of candidates for internship and employment among current students and graduates of best universities;
  • Ensure information is properly maintained for reporting purposes;
  • Run database of universities, events and candidates;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Fluency in English, Russian;
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment;
  • Ability to quickly acquire an understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems;
  • Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates and internal stakeholders;
  • Ability to embrace technology platforms and participate in our social media strategy across Deloitte businesses;
  • Problem-solving and event-planning skills;
  • Proficient skills in various technologies (i.e, Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems);
