Key job responsibilities:

Develop and implement solid business process for local procurement activities: pack materials and inserts delivery;

Lead the tender process for local co-packing projects to ensure optimal costs and targeted service level from the suppliers;

Conduct negotiations with local co-packing service providers;

Control timely, full and accurate pack materials and inserts delivery;
-
Proactive alert management if any risks for local co-packing projects execution related to pack materials and inserts availability;
-
Lead co-packing providers scorecard process to ensure continuous improvement of the current business processes;

Electronic document flow execution related to co-packing projects: ensure availability of the active supply agreements with the providers and standard supply agreements creation for different types of the local co-packing projects;

Support Budget Review preparation to consolidate procurement budget activities for local co-packing projects;

Support co-packing projects execution for key account customized activities;
-
Maintain appropriate stock levels for selective Distribution Centers in Russia to meet targeted inventory and case fill levels;
-
External and cross-functional collaboration while co-packing projects execution in order to achieve targeted KPI levels;
-
Support to simplification activities for reporting and business processes optimization;
-
Perform other responsibilities as assigned if they are not in contradiction with this Role Profile.
Requirements to the candidate:

Higher education (logistics / economic is preferred);

2 + years of work experience in procurement / supply planning;

Advanced MS Excel user; SAP knowledge is preferred;

English: Not less than Upper-Intermediate (spoken and written);
-
No constraints for working in the office location (not remote).
