We are currently seeking a highly organized and bilingual individual to join our team as a Maintenance Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in coordinating the activities necessary to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our properties. Fluency in both Spanish and English at a C1 level is a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for our short rental properties.
  • Act as a liaison between guests, and handymen to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of maintenance issues.
  • Place orders for various supplies required for the upkeep of our properties, such as cleaning materials, appliances, and furniture.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and supply inventory.
  • Collaborate with property owners to identify and address any specific maintenance needs or requests.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess maintenance requirements and identify potential issues.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
  • Respond to support requests from guests and address their concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to property amenities and appliances.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure the long-term functionality of our properties.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to enhance efficiency in property maintenance operations.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English at a C1 level is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in coordinating maintenance activities, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests, and handymen.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

The position requires working 9:00 A.M.– 5:00 P.M. Miami Time 5/2 Schedule.
