As part of our ambitious expansion plans, we are focusing on growing our customer base in Cyprus, and we are looking for a highly driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead this initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Conduct cold outreach to identify and attract potential clients within the Cyprus market.
  2. Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with major clients, particularly in the marketing and advertising sectors.
  3. Market and Competitor Analysis: Analyze the Cyprus market and competitors to create and present compelling value propositions.
  4. Sales Management: Respond to inbound sales inquiries and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Knowledge of the Cyprus Market: In-depth understanding of the business landscape in Cyprus, with a strong network in the marketing industry.
  • Business Development and Sales Experience: A proven track record in business development, particularly in new market penetration.
  • Fluency in English: Proficiency in English is a must for effectively engaging with clients and stakeholders, and knowledge of Greek will be a plus.
  • Self-Driven and Proactive: The ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive business results with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability in Uncertain Environments: Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing situations, especially when entering a new market.
  • Responsibility and Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and CRM systems.
  • Positive and Energetic: High energy, with a positive, can-do attitude that inspires others and drives successful outcomes.
  • Networking Skills: A well-established network of contacts in Cyprus, especially within large agencies, is essential.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to Evido’s growth in Cyprus.
  • Ensuring effective client expectation management and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Gaining comprehensive knowledge of Evido’s platforms and solutions to effectively sell and present them to clients.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B cold sales and business development.
  • Experience in new market development, particularly in Cyprus, is highly preferred.
  • Experience in marketing or working with marketing agencies is critical due to the need for strong networking and relationship-building.

Work Conditions:

  • Flexible remote or hybrid working model, with access to a coworking space in Limassol for collaboration and networking opportunities.
