We are seeking a seasoned lead generation specialist with a proven track record on Upwork. Your key objective is to generate SQL (sales qualified leads) via Upwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform in-depth research to source high-potential clients on Upwork, aligning with company objectives.
• Craft and submit tailored offers (offering) that address the specific needs of prospective clients.
• Maintain clear and professional written communication with potential clients, ensuring consistent engagement.
• Act as the liaison between the lead generation and sales teams, ensuring the timely transfer of leads and smooth coordination between departments.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in lead generation through Upwork, with demonstrable success in client acquisition.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey value propositions clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level, with C1 fluency preferred to engage with international clients confidently.
