Chief Risk Officer

CRO for an IT/Telecom Company

Responsibilities:

1. Promote the risk management system within the organization.
2. Provide methodological support to the department on risk management practices.
3. Develop and maintain a registry of key business risks and monitor these risks continuously.
4. Create risk management methodologies tailored to the organization.
5. Compliance management.
6. Establish the process from the ground up, demonstrating added value to management.
7. Create a new, qualitative process, gradually involving all departments and functions.
8. Develop and present a risk management strategy to the Board of Directors and implement it at the departmental level and below.
9. Maintain a high degree of independence and self-sufficiency, while being prepared to work autonomously.
10. Communicate effectively with the CEO and senior executives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in risk management (NOT banking field)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in risk management.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies at the executive level.
