Job responsibilities:

1. Manages the analysis of the terms of purchase contracts and the reliability of purchases.

2. Coordinates the conclusion of contracts with vendors, analyzes the execution of purchase contracts and the results of deliveries.

3. Coordinates the work on the design of logistics systems and their implementation at the enterprise, makes logistics forecasts and plans.

4. Participates in the process of evaluating and selecting a logistics service provider (LSP) by collecting and verifying the accompanying documentation of LSP.

5. Participates in technical and commercial meetings on evaluation and selection of LSP.

6. Ensures the conclusion of contracts for transportation, freight forwarding and other services related to the transportation of goods.

7. Develops transportation plans, determines the technological process of transportation.

8. Ensures the document flow of the transport and technological process.

9. Analyzes the quality of transportation and timely delivery of goods.

10. Performs risk management in logistics, namely:

● provides insurance of equipment, goods, raw materials, materials, cargo, liability of carriers;

● organizes measures to ensure the safety of goods during transportation, products during storage and internal movement.

11. Is engaged in the organization and control of customs clearance and customs clearance of equipment and materials.

12. Manage by certification process, cooperation with certification engineer/companies to ensure the documents required for Customs Clearance provided on time.

13. Identify the scope of work of the Contractor from EPSS contract and coordinate with Owner.

14. Shipping documents prepare/translation if need.

15. Coordinate customs transit activities in Russian.

16. Sourcing for the barge/truck/railway/SPMT subcontractor in Russian.

17. Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager and complete other work task assigned by the Manager.

Qualification:

  • Higher education (preferably profile in Logistics or Supply Chain);
  • More than 3 years of experience at the same position (preferably in oil & gas, petroleum or chemical industry), familiar with EPC project logistics.
  • Experience of supply by “zero custom fee”, classification decision submitting is very appreciated.
  • Proficient English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
  • Strong communication, organization, coordination and execution skills.
  • Accept and adapt to long-term business trips or work abroad.
  • Experience in AGPP and SIBUR projects will be a plus.
