We are «Advert Labs» and we are engaged in online advertising and our main project is support and development of the international online advertising platform, which is one of the Top 3 in the world.
We work with all popular advertising formats: popunders, inpage pushes, natives, banners. We cooperate with the direct advertisers and webmasters, affiliate programs, networks and affiliates.
Currently we are expanding and we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (day shift work) for the Publishers team.
Schedule: 2/2 for 12 hours, starting from 9pm up to 9am (GMT+3) (working remotely is available).
Key responsibilities:

communication with the clients all over the world, answering their questions via Live Chat (Intercom), email and other communication channels;

troubleshooting common (and unusual) problems with online advertising;

active cooperation with the related teams;
-
large amount of training: we are very interested in the high quality of services, so we invest a lot of resources into the employee’s development.

willingness to work with the routine and similar tasks;

oral and written English - B2 level;

troubleshooting and problem solving thinking.
Will be a great plus:

relevant experience in client service / guest service / technical support;

basic understanding of HTML and CSS, CMS experience, or technical literacy;

ticket systems knowledge;

understanding of the advertising formats (popunder, inpage push, native and banner);

Fluency in Spanish.
