Senior Recruitment Manager for FinTech

MoonExpert is a payment system with a robust online banking infrastructure suitable for most online businesses. A guide to the world of e-commerce and consulting.

We provide a full range of marketing services for e-commerce - from market research and consulting to BTL.

What is to be done:

• Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures
• Look for various business-related roles, such as: KAMs, Sales Managers, BD Managers, Product Managers etc.
• Reaching out to hiring managers to discuss the progress of recruitment efforts
• Work with the human resources department and hiring managers to confirm hiring needs and requirements
• Conduct online and offline interviews
• Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques
• Process and track applicant job submissions
• Maintaining up-to-date records of all new employees hired by a company
• Participate in the process of adapting new employees

Our expectations from the candidate:

• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in Fintech or Payments field
• Experience in the selection of specialists for commercial and managerial roles
• Understanding of fair employment practices
• Excellent communication skills
• To be ready for a hybrid working schedule
