IT Support Engineer/ part-time

A growing international company in the Entertainment Industry with a newly established office in Moscow is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to our employees. We would like you to join our successful team and work together for mutual benefit and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and efficient support to our end-users in Moscow and other locations

• Resolve technical issues with LAN, Internet, computers, printers and other systems

• Enforce internal IT security policies and procedures

• Manage content on our web site

• Manage hardware and software inventory

• Manage requests through the issue tracking system

• Participate in company-wide IT projects

Requirements:

• Proficiency in desktop hardware with Windows, MacOS, Linux

• Experience with internet routers, office networks, cable management

• Ability to assist to remote users
