Responsibilities:

Responsibility for partners development (small, medium);

Regular contact with the assigned partner base through phone calls, messengers, social networks, and other means of communication;

Monitoring partner performance indicators and ensuring their activities comply with company policies;

Collaborating with the team to develop the region;
-
Retaining partners and handling objections;
-
Engaging partners in closer collaboration with the company;
-
Attracting partners through recommendations;
-
Conducting meetings with partners;
-
Broadcasting company news to partners and their clients;
-
Interacting with other departments in the context of working with partners.
What we expect:

Fluency in English and Malay languages;

Experience in sales (active customer acquisition and retention) will be an advantage;

Experience in the B2B2C will be an advantage (especially in the field of FinTech, Banking, Financial Services);

Understanding of regional specifics;

Responsibility, proactivity in work, data-driven approach, analytical mindset;

Willingness to work in a team and mentor new employees;

Developed communication skills, flexibility.
