HSE Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Define the project HSE objectives, programs, and performance measurement standards
• Timely response and remediation of incidents, proactive risk identification and mitigation on the project site
• Ensure that adequate resources are assigned to all phases of the project to enable HSE objectives to be reached
• Ensure that the HSE policies, plans and procedures are documented and implemented
• Comprehensively manage incidents, including root cause analysis and execution of necessary improvement efforts
• Develop and maintain training programs for contractors and competencies of Safety Managers
• Collaborate effectively and align with the site personnel to drive effective site safety program and culture

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or HSE related area
• At least 8 years of EPC experience in Petrochemical or O&G field in Russia
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Proven ability supporting Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental systems
• Must be able to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Proven ability to analyze problems, determine resolutions, and a path forward
• Fluent in Russian and English
