My Agent is the B2B project, the biggest travel consolidator in Russia. Already a leader in our home market, we are now set for international expansion.

The International Account Manager will ensure client success, retention, and account growth of multiple international accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with each assigned client, driving continued value of our products and services
  • Produce and maintain account plans for each client, including strategic plans for key accounts
  • Ensure account performance in accordance with plan, and continuously find ways to maximize business opportunities
  • Look after contractual relationships with clients, both from commercial and operational perspective
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction
  • Serve as an escalation point for account management problems and client issues
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure high satisfaction, engagement, and proactive support
  • Identify and investigate potential support needs
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting
  • Stay engaged with current industry trends affecting our clients

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of practice in International Business
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients
  • Adaptability to a fast-moving, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Attention to detail, especially in documentation and time management
  • B2B experience in Travel-Tech, Fin-Tech, airline, IT industries
  • Proficiency in English and Russian, other languages will be an advantage
