Location Operations Manager - Join Our Growing Automotive Team!

We're a fast-expanding automotive company with two locations in Chicago and over 250 premium pre-owned vehicles.
We’re looking for a Location Manager who would make sure that all of our locations work according to our standards.

What You’ll Do:

• You will work with our locations, making sure everything works well: mechanics can repair cars, sales representatives sell cars, customers are happy, and every location works like a LMG location.
• To do that, you will need to define "well": develop policies and standards and implement them, working with both the owners of the business, management team, and the team of each location.
• Set expectations, track progress, resolve issues, and mentor staff to maintain high standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to manage diverse personalities and find the right approach for every situation.
• Experience optimizing automotive sales, and DMS systems.
• Driven to resolve issues thoroughly and make decisions that benefit the team.
• Skilled in prioritizing, delegation, and detail-oriented management.

Working Hours (Chicago Time):
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
