Civil Engineer (South Korea)

Job Description:

• Relevant engineering works on General plan engineering on Plot plan, Utility combine plan, Interface point (If any), Paving/Road, Grading plan, Earth work layout and earth work moving plan. Procurement for Marka GP/GT material, Tender inquiry document, Attending the meeting on 3D model review and weekly & monthly progress etc.

• Prepare, review and management of Drawing, Calculation sheet, Specification, BM/BQ with BM basis, Cost document, Design basis, Engineering report(if required), Engineering and Construction schedule, Quality control of engineering documents, Value engineering, Risk management, Vendor print, Survey/Simulation report on transportation and traffic loads, Other discipline information for engineering, 3D modeling , Material requisition , TBE and CBE

• Cooperated work with other discipline engineering team, engineering sub contractor and Site engineer for Field support.
• Interface management considering other facilities of Client, Other E/P/C contractor, Other engineering discipline
• Interpretation of mail and letter in Russian. Adaptation work complying with Russian Regulation/Code.
• Adaptation work complying with Russian Regulation/Code and Russian practice.
• Review and reply of Client’s comments or letter and Reflecting agreed matters to design documents including 3D modeling.
• Response on query from Construction manager or Construction contractor at site.
• Management of doc. on field design changes
• Preparing and Management of As built design, PD change with PSTS, RTN(RosTech-Nadzor)
• Tender document review in ITB and Preparing proposal documents including BM for bidding of Russian Project

Requirements:

[Must]

• Bachelor or Master / Infrastructure engineering, Infrastructure planning, Civil engineering, Piping engineering, Transportation engineering, Relevant majors on Marka GP/GT
• Moderately Proficient English as a communication language and Native speaker in Russian
• Min. 10 years relevant and similar experience in Marka GP/GT engineering work including Field technical support
• Full knowledge about Russian Regulation (GOST, SNiP and SP Code etc.) for Civil Engineering
• Experience in engineering of Marka GP/GT as per Russian regulation.
• Capable of preparing and review of a report or calculation sheet for Marka GP/GT engineering under Russian design code and regulation

[Preferred conditions]

• Experiences in EPC/EPCm Project on Oil & Gas Project in Russia and CIS country.
• Experience of cooperated working with foreign company as RDI.
• Experiences in education or residence in Korea, if any.
• Experiences in preparing of FEED, PD including PD change with PSTS
• Skillful in the use of MS Office, Auto-Cad
• Knowledge in SMETA system
• Fluent English
