We are looking to expand our international team by welcoming a Sales and Development Manager.

Your responsibilities:

  • analyze the travel and tourism market, our business opportunities on it, as well as competitors, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of our product;
  • search of potential customers;
  • generate cold calls;
  • signing contracts and controlling the first orders (it is necessary to ensure that the client did them);
  • meet with customers face to face or over the phone;
  • working and communication with finance team;
  • attend professional seminars, conferences and events.

Requirements:

  • fluent English is a must - B2 and higher;
  • experience in Travel and Tourism 3+ years;
  • understanding the development trends of the industry and its individual participants;
  • practical sales skills, the experience of cold and active sales, desire to develop in this sphere;
  • ability to negotiate, either by phone or by personal contact;
  • well-delivered and confident voice, literate speech and business writing;
  • ability to systematize the information received;
  • a confident PC user, practical skills in working with CRM.
