We are currently looking for a Senior Accountant!
Responsibilities:
Managing ARAP (SAP & 1C):
-
AR: Creating billing documents for Client in 1C, AR clearing in SAP, quarter based reconciliation with client(1C)
- AP: Inputting vendors’ documents (SAP, 1C), quarter based reconciliation with vendors (1C)

ARAP yearly reconciliation (SAP, 1C)
Employees’ Expenditures (1C):
-
Inputting managerial and project expenditure reports from Employees
-
Creating reports on business entertainment expenses
-
Creating advance payments for employees (business trips / projects expenses)
-
Controlling G/L account of advance payments, clearing
Vehicle Expenses (1C):
-
Creating waybills for office cars
-
Inputting fuel expenses
-
Controlling the balance of advance payments for fuel, clearing every month
-
Inputting parking expenses /paid road expenses, vehicles rent payments
-
Creating reports on fuel expenses
HR Related:
-
Create labor contract including Additional agreement, Bonus agreement
Requirements:
-
Higher education in Accounting, Tax, Audit, Finance;

Experience of more than 5 years;

Knowledge of Russian labor legislation;
-
Good knowledge of 1C: Accounting, SAP;

Fluent English;

Organized, Responsible, Team player;
Conditions:

Work at office m. Belorusskaya (9.00-18.00)
