We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager specializing in Employee Relations to join our HR team. This role will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies, policies and programs that align with organizational goals, labor legislation and best practices.

  • Design and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Build sustainable and productive relations with external and internal partners that provide services supporting employee & labor relations framework.

  • Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and support for employees during transitions.

  • Partner with other HR functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development) to ensure a cohesive approach to employee relations and organizational culture.

  • Serve as a key advisor to management on employee relations matters, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace policies.

Job Qualifications

  • Any higher education degree.

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in human resources.

  • Strong understanding of Russian labor legislation, employee relations practices, and HR best practices.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple multifunctional projects, influence peers.

  • Vendor management skills: build partnership, ensure clarity and delivery of SLAs & KPIs, lead change management.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex employee relations issues.

  • Familiarity with employee engagement and communication approaches.

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Strong emotional intelligence and empathy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative multifunctional team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary starting from 300 000 RUB gross
