  1. Company Representation: Manage relationships with employers and other key stakeholders, represent the company on these platforms.
  2. Operational Management: Ensure the efficient execution of the company’s daily operations, implement process improvements and optimizations.
  3. Financial Management: Oversee the company’s financial processes, lead budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting, and provide regular financial reports to the CEO.​​​​​​​
  4. Technical Engineering Processes: Oversee the management of technical processes, particularly in civil engineering projects, and ensure timely and on-budget project completion by collaborating with engineering and technical teams.
  5. Reporting: Provide regular reports to the CEO and General Manager on both financial and operational matters, monitor company performance, and develop strategic recommendations.
  6. Strategic Planning: Define the company’s overall strategic goals, develop long-term plans, and ensure the implementation of these plans.
  7. Risk Management: Assess potential risks the company may face, create risk management strategies, and take necessary measures to minimize risks.
  8. Compliance and Legislation: Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, take the necessary steps to ensure smooth legal processes.
  9. Manpower Coordination: Work with HR to provide staff and direct labor required for projects, and ensure personnel coordination between projects. Manage subcontractor acquisition and oversight.
  10. Project Schedules: Track and coordinate project timelines and related material and equipment schedules.
  11. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH): Collaborate closely with the OSH department to closely monitor OSH issues in the projects.
  12. Shop Drawings (As-Built Documentation): Oversee and monitor shop drawings and other related documentation.

General Qualifications:

  1. Education: Higher technical education. Additionally, an MBA or a related master’s degree is preferred.
  2. Experience: At least 15 years of operational management experience, with leadership in finance, engineering, and business development processes.
  3. Experience with large-scale Customers in Russia (for example Sibur, Gazprom) is higly welcome. Experience in managing a Construction company with projects in Industrial and Civil construction.
  4. Financial Knowledge: Strong knowledge and experience in corporate budgeting, financial reporting, financial analysis, and strategic financial management.
  5. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with civil engineering and technical projects, with sufficient technical skills to collaborate with engineering teams.
  6. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities in team management, strategic thinking, and decision-making processes.
  7. Communication and Negotiation: Effective communication with local authorities, employers, and other stakeholders, with strong representation and negotiation skills.
  8. Compliance: Knowledge of local and international labor laws, ensuring that the company operates in compliance with these regulations.
  9. Language Skills: Fluency in Russian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
