An HR specialist position is open in an international pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Culture & Employee Engagement: Shape and nurture a unified company culture that supports business objectives and growth while building a strong employer brand to attract top talent. Lead initiatives to foster an engaging, performance-driven environment, introducing tools to measure and continuously improve employee satisfaction, retention, and overall engagement.
  • Talent Acquisition & Forecasting: Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. Utilize data-driven insights to predict future talent needs based on company growth projections.
  • Employee Relations & Change Management: Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture. Lead change management initiatives, guiding teams through organizational transformations.
  • Compliance & HR Technology: Ensure compliance with labor law implementing HR technology solutions to streamline processes such as payroll, benefits, and performance management.
  • Compensation & Benefits Strategy: Complete payroll transition, support in budgeting process.
  • Learning & Development Programs: Help to implement learning initiatives to support employee growth and leadership development.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Run DEI initiatives, using data to identify opportunities for a more inclusive and equitable workplace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field;
  • 2+ years of HR or People Operations experience
  • Demonstrated success in change management,
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluent English
