Basic Requirements

  • We are searching for highly passionate to automotive, self-motivated and result-oriented individual with strong communicational and analytical skills;
  • Consensus building and fair play principals especially important;
  • You will be responsible for coordination and leading of dealers, frequently contacting with external and internal customers of company.

Experience

  • Minimum 3-year experience in a leading specialist/expert/team leader role;
  • We are considering candidates from different spheres and sectors (sales, leasing, banking, etc.);
  • Experience in automotive sales area in a managing position is a plus (head of sales department).

Skills

  • Outstanding level of written and verbal communication level
  • English level - upper intermediate (internal written and verbal communication English 70%)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Ability to make presentations to the big groups of people
  • Ability to work under time pressure and stress
  • High level of responsibility for decision making and problem-solving actions
  • Ability to identify root causes and get beyond treating symptoms

In the role of Sales Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:

1. Implementation of Distributor Policies in Sales Area

Oversee sales and marketing activities, ensuring that distributor guidelines are followed.

2. Gathering Market Information

Gather overall market and sales conditions, work with the dealers to correct the direction of sales activities, and suggest improvements for distributor sales policies.

3. Strengthening the Sales Network

Confirm and maintain the smooth flow of vehicles, information, funds, etc. between Toyota and its customers, always ensuring that this flow is not blocked or delayed by overburden, waste, unevenness. Provide management guidance and promote investment suitable to strengthen the sales network.

Responsibilities will be:

  1. Communicating & clarifying distributor policies
  2. Achieving of sales plans by group of the dealers
  3. Supporting & Following Up on Dealer Sales Plans
  4. Analyzing Dealer Finances & Offering Operational Advice
  5. Identifying Specific Dealer Problems
  6. Guiding Dealer Improvement Activities
  7. Improving Dealer Motivation
  8. Supporting Dealer Training
  9. Guiding New Dealers Operational Planning
  10. Gathering dealer needs and comments
  11. Participating in dealer sales meetings
  12. Gathering and analysis dealer sales results
  13. Gathering and analysis of market information (market share management)
  14. Demand and Supply process management, supporting preparation of dealer planning and ordering reports, marketing activities
  15. Dealer sales operations support and development (operational excellence)
  16. Implementation of distributor strategies, tools and processes
  17. Dealer sales staff coaching and mentoring on sales planning and analysis
  18. Regular reporting to the Top Management of company (in English)
  19. Preparation of joint development plans to the Dealers
  20. Internal Individual projects leading (sales development projects)

Business trips frequency: 2-3 times a month average.
