The IMF (International Master Franchising Dodo Pizza) team is responsible for the markets in Eastern and Central Europe, Asia, and Africa. They currently manage over 90 restaurants. The primary goal of the IMF team is to develop and increase revenue for our international pizzerias, positioning Dodo Pizza as a global international company.

About this Role:
The International Business Development Manager guides the implementation and execution of business plan objectives by providing operational support and consultation to franchisees to maximize brand equity and configurations in their respective markets.

Providing consultative support and overseeing international partners in all business areas, the position is responsible for coaching and holding their partner accountable to the standards and reputation of the brand while driving sales and profitability and enhancing guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for creating growth opportunities through effective business planning, driving restaurant excellence through coaching and action planning, and building effective relationships through mutual trust and respect.

Day-to-day tasks:

  • Provide consultative support and oversight to partners in the areas of store openings, operations, and training;
  • Build and develop the competencies of the partner of the Dodo Pizza knowledge and operations;
  • Create growth opportunities through effective business planning and drive restaurant excellence through coaching and action planning;
  • Establish and maintain effective business relationships with partners, providing information, support, and guidance;
  • Support the successful opening of new markets and new restaurants;
  • Establish goals and communicate results; share best practices and encourage collaboration with partners in assigned areas of responsibility;
  • Work with a cross-functional Dodo Pizza team for partners to reach their business targets and profitability.


Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent mediation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and ability to read, write & speak the language in the assigned region
  • Demonstrated experience in providing technical and operational training
  • Strong relationship-building skills; able to motivate and coach with excellent communication skills
  • Mindset on Customer Focus


Education And Experience:

  • Minimum: 3+ years of QSR/restaurant operations experience;
  • Demonstrated experience in new store openings and partner consulting.
