Job responsibilities:
- Obtain licenses in different jurisdictions;
- Framing of contracts in the different jurisdictions;
- Framing Terms and Rules, AML policy;
- Analysis of occupational licensing requirements in established and new jurisdictions;
- Research optimal jurisdictions and opening of legal entities;
- KYC and Due Diligence;
- Opening accounts at the banks and PSP.
Job requirements:
- Higher legal education;
- Work experience from 3 years;
- Understanding of foreign legislation or the ability to quickly analyze it;
- English C1, including legal.
