Our IT Department is growing and the Remote IT Support Team needs a new member - engineer with a high level of English speaking skills and tech-savvy problem-solver with solid skills in Windows and macOS administration. Your Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to our foreign clients within SLA (OTRS based ticket system, three lines of support);
- Troubleshoot network and system issues, ensuring smooth operations for clients.
- Manage and support cloud services, PBX systems, backups, and virtualization platforms.
- Work with top technologies, including HP, Cisco, FortiGate, and SonicWall.
- Collaborate with an international team and contribute to resolving challenging IT tasks.
What We Expect From You:
- Strong technical skills: Proficiency in administering Windows and macOS systems.
- Service desk expertise: Confidence in using professional support tools.
- English fluency: Intermediate+ level (spoken and written) to interact with global clients daily.
- A passion for growth: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and improve your IT expertise in real-world projects.
- Multitasking abilities: A knack for staying organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset: A deep understanding of customer service principles.
- Cloud knowledge: Familiarity with cloud services like Office 365, AWS, and email hosting.
