Currently we’re looking for a professional Sales Support Manager to assist in account administration and in running successful sales and promotion of company’s electronic products, databases and services.
It is expected that the Sales Support Manager will have a solid background in business communication & correspondence, excellent communication, analytical and multi-tasking skills.
Main Responsibilities:
Account Administration
- Maintaining department database records (CRM) including continuous verification of data
- Creating new customer accounts and trial accounts
- Setting up online accounts for customers
- Evaluation of usage data and creating special internal reports and external presentation
Licensing Administration
- Processing license agreements
- Interacting with customers regarding pending and outstanding license agreements
Customer Support
- Handling telephone / online inquiries from customers and agents
- Troubleshooting minor technical problems for online licensed customers
Account Manager Support
- Preparation of customer product quotes together with sales managers
- Assistance in the continued development of the sales workflow
- Assistance with special projects
Assistance in invoicing and payments
- Processing renewals for all electronic products
- Processing and tracking of payments
- Follow up on outstanding payments
Marketing Materials and Webinar Support
- Maintenance of the partnering brands’ marketing materials stock
- Maintenance of the social media accounts / channels
- Assistance with various marketing campaigns (email campaigns, and direct mailing campaigns, webinars)
- Assist in setting up conferences and exhibitions for the sales managers
Requirements:
- Solid experience in business communication & correspondence;
- University degree.
- Language Skills: English – advanced (min B2).
- Advanced MS Office Proficiency.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Results-driven and proactive.
