Job Requirements:
• IELTS Score: Minimum overall band of 8, with no less than 7.5 in any section.
• Teaching Experience: At least 1 year of teaching English or IELTS preparation.
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills
• Critical and analytical thinking
• Punctuality and reliability
• Responsibility in lesson planning and execution
Job Details:
• Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday
• Course Duration: 2 months, 5 lessons per week per student
• Payment:
• Individual/Group Lesson (IELTS/English): 3000 KZT per 55-minute lesson
• General English Individual/Group Lesson: 2000 KZT per 55-minute lesson
• Trial Lesson: 1000 KZT. If a student subscribes after the trial, you’ll receive an additional 5000 KZT per subscribed student.
• Homework Checking and Quality Feedback: Additional 5000 KZT per week for providing detailed feedback and reviewing homework assignments.
• Materials: All necessary materials for trial lessons and full courses will be provided.
• Work Hours:
• Flexible part-time (4-5 hours/day)
• Full-time (8 hours/day with a 1-hour break)
• Contract: Legal employment available with a 6-month contract, extendable based on performance.
• Additional Opportunities:
• Create video content for our Instagram page (2000 KZT for three 2-minute-long videos).
Bonuses:
• Intermediate students achieving a minimum of 6 points in each section: 15,000 KZT bonus.
• Students achieving an overall band of 7: 20,000 KZT bonus.
