We are a fast-growing oil and gas trading company PANASIA GROUP www.panasiagroup.ae, seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Manager to join our team in Moscow. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing foreign accounts, optimizing cash flow processes, and ensuring compliance in financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- foreign accounts management;
- contribute to the monthly cash planning process and distribution of cash flows;
- compliance control for incoming and outgoing payments (collection and verification);
- payment register and bank statements automatization;
- preparation of consolidated Bank Status Report daily (Cash Flow);
- Updating bank movement report on a weekly basis;
- preparation of Forecast reports on a monthly basis;
- control of payment schedule on a daily basis;
- execution of payments according to the payment calendar/schedule;
- communication with leading foreign banks regarding opening/closing accounts, conditions of current services, access keys for new users, KYC check procedures;
- communication and leading the activity with payment agencies;
- control balances of all accounts (20+) – covering expenses on a daily basis;
- investigations regarding payments/incoming payments with banks;
- currency Exchange operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Language Proficiency: native-level Russian and advanced-level English;
- Strong corporate finance experience;
- Expertise in cash flow and financial compliance;
- Strategic thinker with a global mindset and the ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
- Proactive and adaptable in identifying opportunities and addressing challenges;
- Reflective decision-making ability with a problem-solving approach in ambiguous situations.
