Your missions will be the following:

● Manage a portfolio of TikTok clients across industries such as fintech, mobile apps and gaming.
● Develop, execute, and monitor user acquisition strategies to achieve client goals.
● Analyze and optimize key performance metrics, including CPI, CAC, ROAS, and
retention rates.
● Provide detailed reports with actionable insights and step-by-step action plans.
● Conduct in-depth audits to identify growth opportunities for clients.
● Design and implement scalable strategies to drive client success.
● Perform competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
● Enhance existing UA processes, workflows, and tools for improved efficiency.
● Collaborate with Creative and Production teams to boost ad performance.
● Serve as a key contributor in building TikTok and UA expertise within the company.
● Foster and maintain strong relationships with the TikTok team.
● Support the development and evolution of the company’s digital product offerings.
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of experience managing User Acquisition (UA) campaigns, with a solid understanding of user acquisition principles and knowledge of various digital channels.
Proven expertise with TikTok`s advertising platform.
● Prior experience working in the fintech, apps&games industry, preferably with utilities — familiarity with trends, user behavior, and industry-specific metrics and KPIs.
● Strong analytical skills with proficiency using UA analytical tools and techniques to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
● Hands-on experience with MMPs such as Appsflyer and Adjust; experience with other MMPs and Firebase is a plus.
● A data-driven mindset, with the ability to generate insights, leverage data and metrics to create actionable plans, optimize campaigns, and drive results.
● Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects forward - with a proven track record of achieving goals, and meeting timelines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
● Knowledge of Monetization strategies is nice to have.
● B2 English.
