We are looking for a Commercial Director (CCO) with 5+ years of experience

Responsibilities:
- Manage and Develop the Sales Team: Recruit, train, motivate, and develop the sales team, including new joiners, to ensure high productivity and consistent sales.
- Oversee the Sales Process: Strategize and manage the entire sales process, including lead management, conversion, and revenue target achievement.
- Create and Optimize Sales Strategies: Design, plan, and execute effective sales strategies, including internationally, to enhance productivity and overcome market challenges.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with Marketing, BizDev, and Product Teams to improve lead generation, reselling networks, and product offerings based on market insights.
- Client Engagement: Support sales managers in closing deals and directly manage top clients for selling purposes.
- Process and System Design: Implement and optimize CRM, Jira, and BI systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to align with business goals.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at events to boost lead generation, brand awareness, and networking opportunities for the team.
Requirements and :
- Industry Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in Fintech, with knowledge of the Crypto and Banking industries and expertise in payments.
- Leadership Experience: 3+ years managing and developing sales or business development teams, demonstrating strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Education and Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or IT; excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; English proficiency at C1+.
- Personality Traits: Strong decision-maker with a "can-do" attitude, confident yet approachable, and a collaborative team player.
- Client Network: A network of clients is desirable to support business growth.
- References: References from previous employers are required.
