Our client needs a construction and projects lawyer with a focus on oil & gas (downstream) and petrochemistry to
- provide full-scope services in drafting and negotiating construction deals;
- work with all key types of English and Russian law governed project documents: EPC, EP, EPC(M), EPSS, FEED, technology license packages as well as offtake and gas processing agreements;
- negotiate petrochemical deals with the leading international contractors, engineering companies and technology licensors.
REQUIREMENTS to education, experience and skills
- Master degree in law;
- At least 3 years of relevant (PQ) consulting or/and in-house experience;
- Practical knowledge of construction law;
- Good English, both spoken and written.
