Who are we?

Kodland is an international online school of digital skills for children and teenagers from 5 to 17 years old. We teach programming, digital creativity and basic computer knowledge.

We are looking for a Junior+ User Acquisition Manager who will help us expand our audience in MENA and assist on various user acquisition projects.

What you are going to do

  • Collaborate closely with UA managers to oversee and optimize acquisition campaigns
  • Assist in the research and development of creative briefs, and oversee the execution of these campaigns to ensure they meet our strategic goals
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success
  • Provide support on various UA managers' projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team

What we expect from you

Hard skills

  • Analytical thinking. You can structure information, identify cause-and-effect relationships, and draw conclusions based on data.
  • Ability to work with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets). You’re familiar with functions, filters, pivot tables, and other tools for data analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of online advertisement. You understand or are willing to know how online advertising works, including concepts such as “offer,” “landing page,” and “competitive advantage.”
  • Languages. You know English and Russian at an Intermediate level, which makes it easy to communicate with the team both written and verbally

Soft skills

  • Multitasking. You’re capable of effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing them, and maintaining high productivity.
  • Initiative and willingness to learn. You’re eager to independently seek solutions, develop new skills, and actively participate in the learning process.
  • Stress resilience. You can remain calm and productive under high workloads and tight deadlines.

Not a requirement, but an advantage

  • Previous experience in media buying, user acquisition, marketing, and etc.
  • Experience with Facebook ad campaigns
  • Experience with international markets, understanding of the specifics of working with a particular region
