NP Capital is an international Luxembourg-based venture capital firm that manages several VC funds under management. One the funds is currently focused on secondary deals with Growth- and Late-stage private tech companies from the US, Europe, and Emerging markets.
We're is looking for an Intern, who will support the fund’s team in the research and deal execution process (fully-remotely).
Responsibilities:
• Tech and traditional industries research and analytics
• Analyzing the pipeline of companies
• Gathering data and financial modeling
• Preparation of presentation materials for internal and external use
• Support colleagues in all aspects of deal execution
• Participation in sourcing and screening of potential investments
• Other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
• Strong interest in VC and Tech
• Strong analytical thinking and business sense
• 3-6 months of internships experience as a plus but not mandatory (VC / PE / IB / Consulting / Big-4 experience is preferred)
• Ultimate / penultimate year BSc student (or MSc student) from a top-tier university with a major in Finance / Economics / Business / IT
• General understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and financial modeling
• Advanced written and oral English
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
