Our main partners are American companies that provide consulting services for property insurance claims. We are helping our partners to handle insurance property claims and get the desired coverage to start the property restoration.
The Account Manager is responsible for working with our partners to service client accounts. The position requires supporting them in the day-to-day account management for a specific set of claims and entails a great deal of verbal, electronic and other written communications. While in this role, you will begin to develop relationships with clients and work proactively to effectively and efficiently deliver services to our partners.
Обязанности:
- communication with foreign partners by phone, email, text messages;
- developing relationships with our partners and providing them with the best quality of customer care;
- maintaining client files in accordance with office procedures and coordinating full workflow in various CRMs;
- working with team members to send necessary requests to our partners.
Требования:
- Excellent written and spoken American dialect of English including grammar and slang (C1-С2) is required;
- Highly organized;
- Self-confident to make sound independent decisions;
- Ability to successfully interact with a variety of people and function well both in a team environment and autonomously;
- Ability to handle situations in a calm, courteous and professional manner;
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines;
- Customer focused to establish and maintain effective relationships;
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, deadlines and technology.
