Project manager (iGaming, Pakistan)
We are the company specializing in creating video creatives for the iGaming industry. Our videos are used to promote mobile applications, including casinos and other gambling games. We focus on high-quality content that attracts an audience, increases conversions and helps our customers achieve their goals.
Our main tasks are:
• Creating vivid, memorable promotional videos for mobile applications.
• Localization of content for different countries.
• Generation of new and unique approaches to video advertising.
Now we are looking for PROJECT MANAGER with management experience and knowledge of both English and Pakistani languages (Remote).
Requirements:
Mandatory minimum
• Project management experience (in any field).
• Basic understanding of content creation or marketing processes (preferably).
• Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and tools.
Skills:
• Organization, attention to detail.
• The ability to clearly formulate tasks and provide edits.
• English language proficiency (Intermediate and above).
Tools:
• Experience working with Google Sheets, Trello, Telegram.
• Media management and data management skills.
Responsibilities and areas of responsibility
1. Managing the process of working with content makers:
• Transfer tasks from the Project Manager to the content makers team.
• Monitoring the completion of tasks on time and in accordance with the requirements.
• Constant communication with content makers to clarify tasks and provide feedback.
2. Quality control:
• Checking the finished videos for compliance with the checklist before sending.
• Selection of the best videos for final review.
• Setting tasks to correct defects.
3. Organization of the workflow:
• Coordination of the content maker team, assistance in solving issues.
• Preparation of reports on the status of tasks and the progress of the work of content makers.
• Ensuring a clear work structure.
Future development of the role
In the future, the Project Manager will:
• Control the entire video creation process from the task to the final result.
• Reduce the number of edits by providing videos that meet the requirements as much as possible.
• Take initiatives to improve the processes and effectiveness of the team.
