The client of JFL Consulting is a western FMCG company with local production, leader in their direction. Following some internal re-organisations, we are looking for Group Brand Manager profiles to bring strategical thinking while not being afraid of a Hands-On approach.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading and executing brand strategies to drive growth, ensure market competitiveness, and strengthen brand equity. This position requires a combination of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and leadership to oversee multiple brands within the portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Team Management and Development
- Developing and executing brand strategies to meet business objectives, including revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer engagement.
- Managing and overseeing brand portfolios, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Leading the development of marketing plans, including advertising, promotions, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, R&D, production) to ensure brand strategies are effectively implemented.
- Monitoring market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Budget management for marketing activities, ensuring effective use of resources and delivering ROI.
- Conducting performance analyses and presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Driving innovation, from new product development to packaging updates, to ensure brand relevance.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team to achieve collective goals.
- Reporting to Marketing Manager
The Candidate
- Higher education Marketing, Economics or other Business spheres
- 3+ years’ experience within a role with brand strategy management
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Capacity to federate and grow teams toward successes
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Readiness to work hands-on when necessary
