DatsTeam is a rapidly growing IT company. We have been creating our own products since 2012, ranging from advertising and gaming platforms to mobile apps and payment systems. Our development team consists of over 500 developers, and we continue to expand.
We are currently looking for a Blockchain Team Lead/ CTO to oversee the development of a crypto application we launched in 2023. We have big plans and an extensive product roadmap, with new services and features to be added to the app.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to ensure design decisions align with the existing architecture and long-term vision.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to make informed technical decisions that enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work closely with the discovery team to navigate system constraints and find innovative, simple solutions to product challenges.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure product decisions are well-informed and aligned with technical capabilities.
- Encourage autonomy within teams while providing the necessary support to make informed decisions.
- Oversee the integration of new features and products into the existing system architecture.
- Guide the teams in product discovery and delivery based on Agile and Lean practices with a focus on the speed of delivery and learning, continuous improvement and iterative development.
Key Requirements:
- Experience 10+ years of experience in senior IT leadership
- Strong technical expertise in Java
- Experience in IT leading position of Fintech startup
- Fluent in English and Russian
