Responsibilities:
- Creating and executing frontend/backend automated test cases.
- Maintaining and extending available test suits.
- Reviewing nightly test execution – fix tests or report bugs.
- Collaborating actively with other team members toward automation improvements.
- Participating in the adoption of new tools and technologies.
- Producing clean and stable code.
Must-haves:
- Commercial development experience as a QA Automation Engineer (Java) for 6+ months.
- Knowledge of automation testing.
- Knowledge of OOP principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Expertise in API testing (Postman, Rest Assured, or similar).
- Expertise in UI testing (Selenium, Playwright preferably with Java).
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins.
- Experience with Git.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks.
- Experience with JIRA and Xray.
- ISTQB certification.
- Automation testing framework creation experience.
