Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Professional Project Manager who will lead projects from the initial steps to completion, ensuring strategic prioritization and resource allocation. Your role will involve close collaboration with our team, meticulous oversight of project phases, and a deep understanding of team dynamics to optimize efforts. Our ideal candidate is a problem-solver, adept at professional client communication, and possesses a comprehensive knowledge of project details. Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, ideally in design, construction, architecture, event, PR, or advertising sectors.
• Native-level proficiency in Russian and working proficiency in English is required.
• Proficiency in any other language is advantageous.
• Highly responsible, self-organized, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Skilled in navigating uncertainty and delivering results.
• Comfortable with large volumes of information and adept at structuring data.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage global projects, primarily overseas, from initial negotiations to the grand opening.
• Coordinate with team members, clients, and third parties for seamless project execution.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently (up to 6).
• Manage and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Ensure timely payments and manage relevant project documents.
• Allocate team resources across projects, aligning with studio priorities.
• Guarantee project delivery on schedule and monitor costs per man-hour.
• Address and resolve emergent project issues promptly.
