We are seeking several Sales Agents for our Call Center an international entertainment holding. If you are fluent in English and Italian (B2 or higher) and ready to immerse yourself in a dynamic role, this opportunity could be for you!
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls to our global client base.
- Engage in active sales calls (no cold calling or customer search).
- Provide information on company promotions.
- Process orders efficiently.
- Dive into the customer’s needs, becoming an expert on the product to offer tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- English (B2 or higher) is a must.
- Italian (B2 or higher) is a must.
- Strong communication skills and phone negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze and apply information effectively.
- Confident PC user (experience with CRM systems is an advantage).
- Eagerness to learn, grow in sales, and focus on results.
- Quick understanding of company goals and industry specifics.
