International product IT company Yesim is looking for an enthusiastic Product UX/UI Designer.

Yesim is a product company and an ambitious international project that provides first-class mobile internet for corporate and private travellers. We work in 150 countries around the world.

What You’ll Do:

We strive to make our products user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing. We are looking for a talented designer to join our product team and take on a key role in designing interfaces for our mobile application.

You will participate in the full design cycle: from researching user needs and generating ideas to testing solutions, analyzing feedback, and implementing improvements to make the product even more user-friendly and engaging.

What We Expect From You:

  • At least 3 years of experience in product UX/UI design (including mobile and web applications).
  • Advanced skills in creating mockups, wireframes, CJMs, user flows, prototypes, and design systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to research competitors and conduct user testing.
  • A results-driven mindset, proactivity, creativity, and teamwork. The ability to quickly handle simple tasks and thoughtfully approach complex functionality.
  • A systematic approach to design, ensuring a cohesive style and seamless user experience across all interfaces.
  • Experience creating branded materials, including preparing graphics for app stores.
  • Expertise in Figma and familiarity with Apple and Android guidelines.
  • English proficiency at B1+ level or higher.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience developing gamification systems, loyalty programs, or referral mechanics.
  • Skills in product analytics, user testing, rapid prototyping, illustration, CG, or motion design.
